On 1 January 2025, ART AID curated a private exhibition for the tenants and owners of the newly opened Parkline Place - a premium office tower developed by Investa Property Group.
The exhibition, designed to enhance the building's opening experience, was a unique opportunity to combine art, architecture and workplace culture in a way that celebrated creativity and elevated the space.
The exhibition
Our Director, Christopher Skyner, invited acclaimed artist Elliott Routledge to showcase a selection of 12 works on Level 2 of the building. The exhibition was carefully curated to create an inviting and premium environment, giving tenants and building owners an engaging visual experience as they explored their new workspace.
The works on display spanned Routledge's career, featuring both brand-new pieces and selected works from his earlier practice - offering a rich overview of his artistic evolution.

Art inside and out
Adding to the exhibition's impact, Parkline Place sits directly opposite Routledge's public artwork, Here and Now. This permanent installation provided a complementary backdrop to the exhibition, linking the building's public and private art experiences.
Visitors were able to appreciate how Routledge's ongoing practice interacts with the urban landscape - and how his work enhances the sense of place within the city.
