On 1 January 2025, ART AID curated a private exhibition for the tenants and owners of the newly opened Parkline Place, a premium office tower developed by Investa Property Group. The exhibition, designed to enhance the building’s opening experience, was a unique opportunity to combine art, architecture, and workplace culture in a way that celebrated creativity and elevated the space.
Our Director, Christopher Skyner, invited acclaimed artist Elliot Routledge to showcase a selection of 12 works on Level 2 of the building. The exhibition was carefully curated to create an inviting and premium environment, giving tenants and building owners an engaging visual experience as they explored their new workspace. The works on display spanned Routledge’s career, featuring both brand-new pieces and selected works from his earlier practice, offering a rich overview of his artistic evolution.
Adding to the exhibition’s impact, Parkline Place sits directly opposite Routledge’s public artwork, Here and Now. This permanent installation provided a complementary backdrop to the exhibition, linking the building’s public and private art experiences. Visitors were able to appreciate how Routledge’s ongoing practice interacts with the urban landscape, and how his work enhances the sense of place within the city.
This collaboration highlights ART AID’s commitment to creating meaningful intersections between art, architecture, and corporate environments. By bringing curated art experiences into workplaces, we aim to inspire creativity, foster engagement, and build environments that are not only functional but also culturally rich and visually stimulating.
The Parkline Place exhibition serves as an example of how thoughtful art curation can transform commercial spaces into vibrant cultural experiences. Through partnerships with visionary developers like Investa Property Group and talented artists like Elliot Routledge, ART AID continues to demonstrate how art can enrich daily life, elevate workspaces, and create lasting impressions for communities and businesses alike.
