Shaping Gosford: ART AID engaged by Urban Property Group as the Art Consultant for the new Central Coast Quarter.

ART AID is pleased to share that we have been engaged by Urban Property Group as the Art Consultant for the new development at 26–30 Mann Street, located in the heart of Gosford on the NSW Central Coast. The project - designed by DKO Architects - is progressing as a State Significant Development, represents a significant step in the ongoing renewal of Gosford’s city centre - and an exciting opportunity for ART AID as we expand our work into the region.

Positioned along one of Gosford’s key urban corridors and only moments from the waterfront, the project sits within an area experiencing rapid transformation. We’re enthusiastic about the chance to contribute to a place with strong local character, deep cultural histories, and a dynamic future ahead.

Our vision for the public art program will be First Nations led, embedding cultural knowledge, local perspectives, and community engagement at the core of the strategy from the outset. This approach reflects both the significance of the site and the broader aspirations for Gosford as a connected and culturally grounded regional centre.

We look forward to collaborating closely with Urban Property Group, community partners, and Central Coast creatives as the Art Strategy progresses.

More updates to come.
