Change and challenges can be incredibly tough, and can often make us feel too close to the everyday concerns or insecurities we all experience. Those around us can see the bigger picture that includes our strengths, qualities and incredible abilities, and it's the support of others that can bring us back to our strength and direction again. This artwork is a reminder to let ourselves be, and that even the simplest of words and actions can create or re-write a positive, resounding shift in how we see and value ourselves.
